　　LOC SCRUBBE, referred to as L/S, is a process waste gas treatment device installed on the production equipment side of the semiconductor factory to treat toxic and harmful gases generated during the manufacturing process of integrated circuits. These gases may corrode various pipelines, cause poisoning to workers, damage the atmospheric environment and other hazards. They may create fire risks when they meet other hazardous substances or accumulate to a high concentration.

　　Purpose: To treat the source of toxic and harmful exhaust gases with complex compositions represented by fluorine, chlorine, silicon and other elements emitted from process machines, and reduce the concentration of toxic substances through high-temperature oxidation and reduction reactions.

　　Principle: The waste gas generated by the process equipment and extracted by the vacuum pump is introduced into the internal reaction chamber through the inlet pipe of the L/S equipment. The waste gas decomposes in the reaction chamber, and the by-products formed after decomposition react with the moisture in the water wall reactor. , flows directly into the circulating water tank, and the decomposed exhaust gas and undecomposed HCl, HBr, Cl2 and other water-soluble gases are washed through the washing part and then flowed to the downstream air duct for discharge.

　　Features: Suitable for treating toxic waste gases such as fluorine-containing compounds or silanes that are difficult to decompose. It has high exhaust gas treatment performance and can achieve large-capacity treatment; it reduces the clogging and emissions of SiO2 and other dusts; it heats up and cools down rapidly, and the time required for switching on and off is short; it is highly energy-saving and has three operating modes that automatically switch modes according to production conditions; and it can safely communicate with each other during power outages. Lock to prevent equipment damage; equipment size is small.
