TCL Huaxing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. ("TCL Huaxing" for short) was established in 2009. It is an innovative technology enterprise focusing on the field of semiconductor display. As one of the world's leading semiconductor display companies, TCL CSOT is based in Shenzhen, Wuhan, Huizhou, Suzhou, Guangzhou, and India. It has 8 panel production lines and 4 module factories, with an investment of over 240 billion yuan.

Wuhan CSOT is an enterprise invested by TCL CSOT in Han that focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of small and medium-sized displays. It has built 3 projects in Han so far, with an investment of 75.7 billion. In 2021, TCL CSOT ranked first in the world in LTPS flat panel shipments; ranked second in the world in LTPS laptop panel shipments; and ranked among the world's top four in small-size LTPS mobile phone panel and flexible OLED mobile phone panel shipments.

The TCL CSOT t3 production expansion project located in Wuhan Optics Valley is scheduled to be put into production in June 2023. After it is put into operation, it will add an additional 45,000 pieces of production capacity to the existing 55,000 pieces/month, making it the world's largest low-temperature polysilicon production plant.
