　　On October 10, 2019, the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Land, Resources and Planning made a pre-approval announcement on the adjustment of the HiSilicon factory project planning and design plan for Lot A of the Wuhan R&D and Production Project (Phase II) of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Public announcement documents show that the project originally had one factory building, but after adjustment it has seven buildings, namely: software factory, production factory 1, power station, warehouse 1, warehouse 2, warehouse 3, and hydrogen supply station. In addition, the building area increased from 5905.53㎡ to 42682.19㎡; the building area increased from 11836.59㎡ to 179731.72㎡. The total investment in the project is approximately 1.8 billion yuan.
