　　Interview with Zhu Ming & Niu Ben

　　

 

　　Host: Thank you both for being guests on the "Excellent Masters and Disciples Interviews" program! The two masters and apprentices are very special. Disciple Niu Ben joined Shengjian in early 2019, and master Zhu Ming only joined Shengjian in March this year. It seems that master is coming Sheng Jian must have had a lot of experience before. Can you share it with us?

　　Zhu: Yes, I have been working in the sheet metal industry for seven or eight years, and I have been working as a sheet metal worker in my previous company for six years.

　　Host: That’s a lot of perseverance. Some people may think sheet metal work is monotonous. What makes you stick to such a career?

　　Zhu: I once had a master who had been engaged in sheet metal work all his life, but I never saw from him a boring and perfunctory work attitude. Instead, he became more and more cautious. He could see any mistakes you made at a glance. I think This is a state and a spirit of craftsmanship, and this is what I pursue.

　　Host: Not long after you came to Shengjian, you became a master-disciple with Niu Ben. What is your evaluation of Niu Ben?

　　Zhu: Niu Ben and I are both from the Northeast. We didn’t make any deliberate arrangements at the time. It was just fate. He is a more careful person and is more responsible for his work. For example, when doing large-volume bending work, everyone will measure and calibrate after making one trial. However, when he makes small batch orders, he will measure and adjust the machine from time to time. When making large batch orders, in addition to the accuracy of the first test, he will measure and calibrate again every once in a while to prevent mechanical errors. This kind of caution is one of the necessary qualities that sheet metal workers should possess.

　　Moderator: In this skill level assessment, the apprentice has successfully advanced. How does the master feel? Is there anything you want to say to the apprentice?

　　Zhu: First of all, I want to congratulate him. Hard work will pay off after all. Secondly, I hope he can take it seriously. This job is actually very demanding.

　　主持人：徒弟一直在点头，看来也比较认可师父的观点。牛奔有没有对今后的工作做好规划?

　　牛：这个方面自己也是考虑过的。就像师父说的，这份工作很锻炼一个人的基础职业素养和职业习惯，目前我还是立足做好这份工作，相信优秀的工作态度会给我带来更多的晋升机会。

　　牛：比较开心，也感到了自己的付出得到了认可。

　　主持人：那你觉得自己能顺利晋级的关键是什么?

　　牛：一是坚持，二是勤奋吧，还有就是离不开师父不厌其烦的叮嘱。

　　主持人：感谢二位做客“优秀师徒访谈”节目!请问师父老王，能否回忆一下自己是何时、因何种原因晋升到目前职等的?

　　王：刚进厂时，什么都不会，于是跟着焊工学习焊工技术，在学习了半年左右，技术得到显著提高，在2018年然后晋升到目前的职等。

　　主持人：当时心情如何呢?

　　王：压力与动力并存。

　　主持人：你当时最想感谢谁呢?

　　王：一直以来都很感谢带我入门的师父，感谢他的耐心教导，当然也感谢公司提供的学习平台。

　　主持人：那老王觉得徒弟小胡有没有和你当年做学徒的时候一样，你发现他最大的优点是什么呢?

　　王：小胡任劳任怨，服从命令，听从指挥，虚心请教，这些都是很可贵的。

　　主持人：本次技能等级评定，徒弟成功晋级，师傅是什么心情，有没有什么要对徒弟说的?

　　王：欣慰，有成就感，继续努力，争取做一名优秀的技工。

　　胡：感到激动，高兴，付出是有收获的。

　　胡：好学，喜欢提问题。

　　主持人：看来平时没少麻烦师傅，那你想对师傅说什么呢?

　　胡：感谢师傅传授经验，帮助我，有时候焊错了，师傅也负责帮我指出来，并告诉我怎样做才更好。我有今天的进步，离不开师傅的教导。
