　　The Shenzhou Tire project was launched in September 2020. After nearly nine months, the project team members maintained their passion and overcame difficulties again and again, and finally won the bid for the project in early May 2021. In the early stage of project bidding, during the project communication process between the project team and the owner, it was discovered that the project had a technical problem with excessively high content of waste gas components, and each bidding company failed to come up with an effective solution. In the face of difficulties, the project team members maintained their passion and did not give in. They collected on-site exhaust gas monitoring data, proposed an innovative technical solution after research and discussion, and demonstrated the solution, which was finally recognized by the customer. During the technical negotiation process, the project team responded as quickly as possible to the modification ideas proposed by the owner many times, giving feedback within a few days of work. After winning the bid, in order to respond to the owner's request, the project team members did not take into account the May Day holiday and took 5 days to complete the drawings that normally require half a month of work, which was recognized by the customer.
