In 2020, we cooperated with the company's R&D department to complete the company's IPA equipment program development and on-site electrical debugging. The equipment is currently running stably on site. In October 2021, the POU electric heating equipment of a project in Beijing was upgraded. The owner required it to be completed within 24 hours. After receiving the task, he immediately went to the site. After 14 hours of hard work, the renovation was finally completed before dawn. After the upgrade, the operating temperature of the equipment was stable. The electric heating rod has a longer service life, and the heating effect is obvious, which meets the owner's requirements and is affirmed by the owner. In September 2021, we cooperated with the company's VOC business department to complete the design and software programming of the company's catalytic combustion furnace (CO furnace) electronic control system, and completed on-site electrical debugging in November. The site has been ventilated with exhaust gas, and the system is operating stably, and is in the company's VOC The system project uses Internet of Things technology to realize real-time feedback of the operating status of the on-site electronic control system to the company's monitoring computer. At the same time, the operating status of the system can be remotely monitored to prevent and eliminate system alarms and faults in a timely manner.
